Concern Over Background Checks

We were all shocked when we heard the story of the limousine chauffeur who was hired to transport a group of high school students to their prom, and who was later found out to be a convicted sex offender. Therefore, just like the checks which teachers and police officers and anyone else working in the care of other have to undergo, compulsory government regulated chauffeur background checks are really overdue.
